Returns
We accept returns on software and hardware subject to the following conditions. Full details and instructions are included on our Printable Return Form.

a. Product condition
The item must be returned to us unopened, in its original packaging and condition, and with all supplemental materials. If a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or product key code/serial number has been activated, lost, damaged, defaced, or detached from its backing, the item is not eligible for return. Return requests for items that have been opened, altered, damaged, used, and/or installed are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be refused at our sole discretion.
b. Fees
All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 3.5% of the value of the returned Items, and a return-processing fee of $5.00.

c. Time limits
We will only accept returns within 30 days of your original invoice date.

d. RMA number
We will only accept returns with return merchandise authorization number (RMA number). Call or email us to obtain an RMA number. We reserve the right to refuse issuance of an RMA number if your return request fails to meet the necessary conditions detailed in this section.

f. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not refundable. It is your responsibility to ship your return to us. For your protection, we suggest using a reputable carrier, and selecting tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance options. We are not responsible for packages lost en route to us. Futursoftsolutions.com will not pay for return shipping except at our sole discretion.

g. Software Licensing
Electronic software licenses that have been activated are not returnable. Those that have not yet been activated can be returned for a minimum restocking fee of 20%.


Defective Items
You must notify Futursoftsolutions.com of defective items within 30 days of your invoice date. Software is considered defective if the disc is unreadable by a CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive, depending on the specified system requirements. If this happens, Futursoftsolutions.com will either offer a replacement disc if the product type is OEM or CD & Key, or replace the item with the same product. If you have purchased a Retail Box, we will refer you to the manufacturer for media replacement.

Hardware is considered defective if it fails to operate within manufacturer specifications. Defective Retail Box hardware is subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Defective OEM or Product Only hardware will be handled by Futursoftsolutions.com on a case-by-case basis. Any customer reporting a defective item will be subject to a minimum $20.00 testing fee if the item is found to be in working order by our technicians.

You have 30 days following receipt of a replacement item to ship the original item back to Futursoftsolutions.com. After these 30 days has passed, your card will be charged for the value of the replacement item.
